Before application, ensure that surfaces are clean, dry, and free from dirt, grease, oil, rust, and water. Use white spirits or mechanical cleaning with a lint-free cloth. Do not use soap or detergent. For plastics, contact Sealants Australasia for a recommended cleaning solvent. On remedial work, remove all existing sealant before applying the new material.

Store the sealant in a cool, dry place with a maximum temperature of 25°C. This ensures a shelf life of 12 months.
Health and Safety
When using this product, work in a well-ventilated area and avoid inhaling vapour. Prevent contact with skin, eyes, and mouth. If the sealant gets into the eyes, rinse immediately with water for 15 minutes and seek medical attention if irritation persists. Remove contact lenses before applying the sealant and avoid handling lenses until all sealant residue is removed from fingertips and nails. As residual sealant may remain on fingers for several days, avoid contact with skin and clothing.
