How To Apply  

Application Guide

  1. Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and grease-free before applying the adhesive. Use acetone or isopropanol for degreasing.
  2. Apply the adhesive sparingly to one surface.
  3. Bring the components together quickly and correctly aligned.
  4. Apply sufficient pressure to ensure the adhesive spreads into a thin film.
  5. Do not disturb or re-align until sufficient strength is achieved, usually within seconds.
  6. Remove any surplus adhesive with Permabond CA solvent, nitromethane, or acetone.
Limitations  

Limitations

  • Not recommended for use in contact with strong oxidizing materials or polar solvents
  • Avoid use on surfaces that may cause bond strength deterioration
