Megapoxy CT5 (2 Part Kit)

Megapoxy CT5 is an Australian-made compound designed for backfilling and encapsulating inductive detector loops, weigh-in-motion sensors, and Aircraft Landing Lights on asphaltic and concrete roadways. Its quick-cure properties make it ideal for minimizing road or lane closures, providing a non-brittle solution for long-term encapsulation.

Application Guide

1. Measure out 1 volume of Part "A" and 1 volume of Part "B" of Megapoxy CT5. Stir thoroughly for at least 3 minutes until uniform consistency is achieved.
2. Thoroughly mix Megapoxy CT5, avoiding splashing and air entrapment.
3. Ensure correct mixing ratio and that Part "A" and Part "B" are thoroughly mixed together before adding fine and dry epoxy quality sand if needed.
4. Add sand gradually while mixing until uniform and homogenous.

Limitations

It is essential to follow the correct mixing ratio and thoroughly mix the components to avoid lower physical properties of the cured system or unsatisfactory curing. Uncured Megapoxy CT5 can be removed with Megapoxy Thinners. Users should familiarise themselves with the health and safety information provided in Bulletin No.100 and the Material Safety Data Sheet for Megapoxy CT5 before handling this product.
