Application Guide

1. Ensure surfaces are prepared for adhesion or release as desired.
2. Premix Part A compound to ensure any settled material is recombined.
3. Pour contents of Part B into Part A in correct proportions and mix thoroughly with a power mixer or flat stirrer by hand.
4. Do not aerate mix. Allow mixed material to stand for 2 – 3 minutes for any air to escape and then pour into mould or winding in slow stream avoiding air entrapment.
5. Do not apply at temperatures below 10°C.

Limitations

• Avoid contact with uncured product at all times.
• Use protective clothing including safety glasses and apply a barrier cream to skin areas that could be exposed.
• Store sealed in the original containers in a dry environment at 15°C to 20°C.
