Description  

Brass injection packers provide a connection point for pumping suitable epoxy or polyurethane injection resin into concrete cracks. Available in several sizes to suit different drilled holes and injection setups.

The packer is fitted before injecting resin through a compatible nipple coupler. Choose the correct packer diameter and length for the repair method, and confirm the injection resin and equipment are suitable for the crack.

Uses & Benefits  
Non-return valve holds resin in the crack when you disconnect. Solid brass body handles high pressure and site abuse. Grease nipple head seals tight to the injection gun.
How To Apply  
Set the packer in a drilled port with the packer seated past the crack depth, inject through the grease nipple head, and disconnect. The valve does the sealing. Cap or leave the packer per the repair spec.
Limitations and Safety Info  
For drilled-port high-pressure work. Surface ports and low-pressure jobs suit the hammer-in packer or syringe system.
