Application Guide

  2. Prime the substrate with RLA Universal Primer (diluted for porous, neat for non-porous).
  3. Mix RLA TruLevel BulkFill UT with 3.6-3.8 litres of clean water for 3 minutes.
  4. Apply the mixture using a gauge rake, spreader, or trowel at the desired thickness (3-70mm).
  5. Allow 3-4 hours for setting and 24-36 hours before installing floor coverings.
  6. For vinyl or rubber flooring, apply a 2-3mm coat of TruLevel EconoPro or TuffTop.
