Megapoxy P1 is a versatile, two-component epoxy adhesive with a 1:1 mix ratio, ideal for gap filling and bonding a wide range of surfaces. Free from volatile organic compounds (VOC), Megapoxy P1 is suitable for potable water contact, making it ideal for structural repairs. This high-strength adhesive can bond precast concrete, metals, and other materials, with excellent resistance to chemicals, tensile and compressive forces, and high temperatures. It performs well even under adverse conditions, such as damp and cold environments, and is perfect for various construction, industrial, and repair applications.

Application Guide
- Mix Part A and Part B in a 1:1 ratio thoroughly to ensure consistency.
- Prepare the surface appropriately (concrete must be clean, metal must be grit-blasted to a bright finish).
- Apply mixed Megapoxy P1 directly to the prepared surface, ensuring full coverage without entrapping air.
- Tool and shape as required; ensure a minimum thickness of 3mm for effective protection.
Limitations
- Incorrect mixing ratio may reduce physical properties or prevent curing
- Not suitable for use without appropriate surface preparation
- Bonding to coated surfaces results in inferior bond strength—recommended to remove all coatings
- Wire brushing metals is not sufficient for proper adhesion—abrasion is necessary
