Application Guide
- Mix Megapoxy E Part A with Hardener E for applications up to 80°C or with Hardener 155 for applications up to 150°C.
- Follow the mixing ratio by weight (Resin: 5:10, Hardener: 1:1) or by volume (Resin: 3:6, Hardener: 1:1).
- Ensure thorough mixing for uniformity and effectiveness.
- Apply the mixed epoxy to the desired components, allowing a minimum curing time of 24 hours at 25°C.
- If using Hardener 155, post-cure by slowly raising the temperature to 150°C.
Limitations
- Not suitable for use at temperatures exceeding 150°C
- Requires controlled curing conditions for optimal performance
