This thixotropic adhesive can be easily applied on vertical surfaces up to 1 cm thick in a single coat, ensuring a robust and long-lasting bond.

Key Features

  • Two-component epoxy resin-based mortar
  • Thixotropic mix for easy vertical application
  • High strength and excellent durability
  • Perfect bonding on all common building substrates
  • Resistant to ageing and chemical reactions

Suitable Substrates

  • Cementitious substrates
  • Gypsum, plasterboard, and anhydrite surfaces (after priming)
  • Ferrous surfaces (after rust removal)

Uses

  • Bonding all types and forms of ceramic tiles
  • Rigid bonding of bullnose and special ceramic tile shapes

Benefits

  • High performance and reliability
  • Suitable for both internal and external applications
  • Maintains strength without shrinkage
  • Easy to apply and handle
  • Ensures a durable and long-lasting bond

Application Guide

  1. Prepare the substrate by ensuring it is well-cured, mechanically strong, dry, and free from contaminants like grease, oil, and dust.
  2. Mix the pre-dosed components (Part A and Part B) thoroughly using a low-speed electric mixer until a smooth paste is obtained.
  3. Apply the adhesive onto the substrate with a suitable notched trowel, ensuring good coverage and bonding by pressing the tiles firmly.
  4. Clean tools and containers with water while the adhesive is still fresh. Once set, clean mechanically or with Pulicol 2000.

Limitations
