Application Guide
- Ensure all adhesion surfaces are clean, dry, and free of oils, fats, or loose materials.
- Apply adhesive evenly to both surfaces using a suitable tool (e.g., rollcoater, brush, or notched trowel).
- Wait until the adhesive is touch dry (3-5 minutes depending on conditions).
- Bring the materials together with strong, even pressure, avoiding the formation of adhesive pools.
- For open weave or porous materials, Adheseal Spray Contact is recommended to avoid adhesive bleed-through.
Limitations
- Not suitable for use in temperatures below +10°C.
- Avoid excessive adhesive application or bonding substrates too early, which can cause weak bonds.
