Application Guide

  1. Ensure all adhesion surfaces are clean, dry, and free of oils, fats, or loose materials.
  2. Apply adhesive evenly to both surfaces using a suitable tool (e.g., rollcoater, brush, or notched trowel).
  3. Wait until the adhesive is touch dry (3-5 minutes depending on conditions).
  4. Bring the materials together with strong, even pressure, avoiding the formation of adhesive pools.
  5. For open weave or porous materials, Adheseal Spray Contact is recommended to avoid adhesive bleed-through.

Limitations

  • Not suitable for use in temperatures below +10°C.
  • Avoid excessive adhesive application or bonding substrates too early, which can cause weak bonds.
