Product Description
PU 25 FC Polyurethane Sealant is a single-component, moisture-curing polyurethane sealant/adhesive designed for movement and connection joints in both indoor and outdoor applications. With its fast-curing nature, high elasticity, and excellent adhesive properties, it is suitable for a wide range of construction, automotive, and marine uses. It accommodates up to 25% movement of the original joint width, forming durable, waterproof, and flexible seals.

Application Guide
- Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free from contaminants.
- Apply the sealant at temperatures between 5°C and 40°C using a sausage gun.
- Tool the joint within 30–40 minutes for a smooth finish.
- Use an open-cell foam backing rod for deep joints, and avoid air entrapment.
- Remove masking tape before the sealant cures to achieve a neat finish.
Limitations
- Not suitable for confined spaces or underwater applications
- Avoid use in swimming pools with chlorine exposure above 5ppm
- Not recommended for natural stone or adhering mirrors
- Avoid using on bituminous, natural rubber, or EPDM rubber surfaces
- May discolour copper and brass substrates
