This fast-drying primer changes colour as it dries, indicating readiness for overcoating in just one hour. Unlike traditional vapour barriers, Xpress Primer H2O Plus does not alter surface properties, ensuring optimal bonding with Gripset membranes, adhesives, and other finishes.

Application Guide
- Prepare surfaces thoroughly, ensuring they are structurally sound, smooth, clean, and free of contaminants. Repair any defects as needed.
- For highly burnished or dense concrete, roughen the surface by grinding or etching.
- Apply one coat of Xpress Primer H2O Plus at a coverage rate of 1 litre per 6-8m² using a brush, roller, or airless spray.
- If the surface is non-porous (water droplets do not absorb), prepare it by grinding or etching before priming.
- Allow the primer to dry until it turns clear and tack-free before overcoating.
Limitations
- Not suitable for use as a vapour block primer in areas with continuous rising damp or negative hydrostatic pressure.
- Not recommended for use on vertical surfaces as a negative hydrostatic coating.
- Do not apply if rain is imminent or when surface temperatures are below 5\u00b0C or above 30\u00b0C.
- Only suitable for concrete and mineral surfaces. Protect glazed, plastic, and metal elements during application.
