Multithane 2P-A80 is a two-part, elastomeric, heavy-duty polyurethane waterproofing membrane designed for various exposed and high-traffic applications. This versatile membrane offers exceptional durability, abrasion resistance, and root resistance, making it a reliable choice for waterproofing a variety of surfaces. It is typically top-coated with Multithane ATC, a UV-stable aliphatic topcoat for enhanced protection and aesthetics.

Application Guide

  1. Prepare surfaces by ensuring they are sound, stable, dry, clean, and free of contaminants.
  2. Prime surfaces as required with Duram Primeseal MC, Duram Primeseal SP, or Duram Azcoseal/Multiseal.
  3. Mix Multithane 2P-A80 components thoroughly according to instructions.
  4. Apply the membrane using a notched trowel, roller, or brush at the specified coverage rate.
  5. Allow each coat to cure before applying subsequent coats (within 24-48 hours).
  6. For exposed applications, apply Multithane ATC topcoat for UV protection and colour stability.

Limitations

  • Requires proper mixing of the two components for optimal performance.
