How To Apply  

Application Guide

  1. Ensure all surfaces are clean, dry, sound, and free of contaminants.
  2. Lightly contaminated surfaces can be cleaned with isopropyl alcohol (IPA) using the 2-rag wipe method.
  3. For heavier contamination, use a generic wax and grease remover followed by a final clean with IPA.
  4. Cut the cartridge seal, screw on the nozzle, and cut it to the desired bead size.
  5. Hold the gun at a 45-degree angle and apply FulasealPRO 840NS to one surface, then combine surfaces.
  6. It is advisable to pre-test new substrates for compatibility.
Limitations  

Limitations

  • Non-elastomeric - Not suitable for joints with expected movement or dynamic stress
  • Not suitable for exposed applications due to potential weathering and dirt pick-up (use HB Fuller 770 Sanitary Silicone for exposed areas)
  • Not suitable for applications involving vibration (e.g., truck bodies, caravans)
  • Not paintable
