Megapoxy P1 Epoxy (2 Part Kit)

Megapoxy P1 is a two-component gap-filling adhesive based on DGEBA epoxy resin and carbonate-free filler, designed for civil engineering use. Easy to use, it sets after mixing, offering excellent properties for various applications.

With zero volatile organic compounds (VOC), Megapoxy P1 is suitable for repairs of structures in contact with potable water, complying with AS/NZS 4020:2005 standards. It's also resistant to hydrogen sulphide found in sewage treatment plants.

Application Guide

1. Mix Part “A” and Part “B” in a 1:1 ratio until uniform grey.
2. Apply to clean, prepared surface.
3. Allow to cure for a minimum of 24 hours at 25°C.

Limitations

Proper surface preparation is crucial for maximum adhesion.

• Megapoxy P1 is available in 4 litre and 20 litre kits with a shelf life of 2 years.

• Cleaning can be done with Megapoxy Thinners.
