Dowsil™ 791 Silicone Weatherproofing Sealant is a high-quality, one-part, neutral curing silicone sealant. It is specifically designed for a wide range of applications, including expansion joints, connection joints, perimeter joints, and other movement joints. With its neutral cure formula, it offers low odour and excellent performance. The sealant conforms to ISO 11600-F&G-25LM standards and provides resistance to ozone, ultraviolet radiation, and temperature extremes. Its joint movement capability of ± 50% makes it an ideal choice for various weather sealing needs.

• General glazing and weather sealing in curtain wall and building facades

Clean-up:

To clean excess sealant from tools and non-porous surfaces while in an uncured state, use DOWSIL™ R40 Universal Cleaner. If the sealant is misapplied to porous substrates, it should be left until it is just cured and then removed by peeling, cutting, or other mechanical means. Take care not to damage plastic or coated surfaces.

Usable Life and Storage:

Dowsil™ 791 Silicone Weatherproofing Sealant should be stored in cool and dry conditions. When stored at or below 30°C in the original unopened containers, the sealant has a usable life of 12 months from the date of production.
