Megapoxy LVS: Low Viscosity Sealer (2 Part Kit)

Megapoxy LVS is a low-viscosity sealer specifically designed to penetrate and seal concrete, brick, and other porous surfaces. It is essential to apply Megapoxy LVS to completely dry substrates for optimal performance.

Uses & Applications

• Internal sealing of concrete tanks to prevent seepage and protect the concrete
• Sealing concrete floors to resist penetration of oils, fats, dilute acids, ammonium nitrate, and other corrosive substances
• Waterproofing walls and floors against rising damp and external wall dampness
• Protecting structural concrete from salt-laden air and moisture, preventing corrosion

• Concrete (wood float or steel float finish)
• Brick
• Other porous surfaces

Application Guide

1. Surface Preparation:
   • Remove loose material and repair damaged areas using Megapoxy P1.
   • Etch the surface with a hydrochloric acid/water mixture.
   • Remove all paint, grease, and other contaminants by sandblasting or mechanical means.
2. Application:
   • Thoroughly mix Parts A and B at a 2:1 ratio by volume in a clean plastic bucket.
   • Apply two coats by brush or roller.
   • Allow 18-24 hours of curing time before allowing traffic.
