Megapoxy 34 Epoxy (2 Part Kit)

Megapoxy 34 is a specially formulated epoxy system designed for impregnating and encapsulating electrical components, offering high impact resistance and excellent chemical and electrical properties.

Application Guide

1. Ensure surfaces are prepared for adhesion or release as desired.
2. Premix Part A compound to ensure any settled material is recombined.
3. Pour contents of Part B into Part A in correct proportions and mix thoroughly with a power mixer or flat stirrer by hand.
4. Do not aerate mix. Allow mixed material to stand for 2 – 3 minutes for any air to escape and then pour into mould or winding in slow stream avoiding air entrapment.
5. Do not apply at temperatures below 10°C.

Limitations

• Avoid contact with uncured product at all times.
• Use protective clothing including safety glasses and apply a barrier cream to skin areas that could be exposed.
• Store sealed in the original containers in a dry environment at 15°C to 20°C.
