Megapoxy E Epoxy (2 Part Kit)

Megapoxy E is a high-impact epoxy designed for electrical castings for room or elevated temperature service applications. It is recommended for encapsulating instrument transformers, lighting transformers, small power transformers, and coils in the electrical and electronic industries. Megapoxy E is suitable for casting electrical switchgear components and for mechanical and chemical resistant applications, offering excellent static and dynamic mechanical properties as well as superior electrical and dielectric properties.

Application Guide

For service at temperatures up to 80ºC, use Megapoxy "E" Part "A" with Hardener "E". For service at temperatures up to 150ºC, use Megapoxy "E" Part "A" with Hardener 155.

Limitations

Megapoxy E resin component Part A is available in 25 kg packs. Megapoxy E hardener Part B is available in 5 kg packs. Megapoxy Hardener 155 Part B is available in 2.5 kg packs. Follow the recommended mixing ratios and curing times for optimal results.
