Hi-Flex Construction (MS602) is a high-performance, single-component elastomeric joint sealant based on Hybrid MS Polymer technology. With its neutral cure and low modulus properties, it offers exceptional movement capabilities and excellent UV and weathering resistance in all climates. This durable sealant exhibits outstanding bond strength and primeless adhesion on most common construction substrates, making it suitable for various industries and applications.

Hi-Flex Construction (MS602) is suitable for a wide range of applications, including:

• General purpose sealing
• Expansion and construction joints
• Sealing and finishing external wall and cladding joints, such as modern facade panels
• Waterproofing applications, such as fillet joints
• Sealing joints in prefabricated buildings or concrete panels
• Window fixing and commercial shop fronts
• Bonding and sealing in automotive and marine manufacturing

Priming:

Priming is not normally required, but some difficult surfaces may need some treatment.
