For all types of liquid paints such as: synthetic enamel, anti-rust, wood sealers, lacquers of all types, acrylics, two pack paints, primers, hammered spray paints, metallic, expoxies, polyurethanes, varnishes, inks, gel-coats, baked enamek, under-coats, chlorinated rubber, contact adhesives, multicolor paints, latex and lime paintings.
The Adiabatic Systems are based on a large hot and dry air flow, as opposed to systems of low and high pressure so NO violent burst of air bounce on the surface. This is what causes the paint clouds in the traditional systems, so you’re painting with almost no waste, saving 40% of paint and assuring a healthier work environment. The turbo compressor feeds the gun directly and continuosuly without flickers, so unlike the common compressor it does not need to wait for charging. The pressure is rigorously constant which assures a perfect finish.
Hot and Dry Air
Turbines rotate at a high speed causing friction with the air, raising its temperature to a total of 60 degrees Celcuis. The air is free from oil, water and humidity. The hot air carries the particles of finely atomized paint to the surface, allowing much faster drying. This drastically diminishes the possibilities of bleaching from humidity and dripping, allowing retouching with very high precision.
