Roofers Flash n Patch Liquid Flashing

Roofers Flash 'N' Patch is a highly elastic hybrid acrylic sealant with exceptional weather resistance. It adheres excellently to most building materials while maintaining its elasticity in both hot and cold climates.

Application Guide

1. Ensure surfaces to be coated are dry and free from dirt, grease, and oil.
2. Using a short bristled brush, apply a film 1.5mm – 2mm thick over the area. Be sure to brush only in one direction.
3. If painting over Roofers Flash 'N' Patch, please allow a minimum of 24 hours before painting.
4. Do not use Roofers Flash 'N' Patch if rain is imminent in the next 24 hours.
5. If unsure of adhesion, test a small area of the substrate first.
