Duram Super Prime 7110

Duram Superprime 7110 is a versatile, polyurethane-based bonding agent and adhesion promoter specially formulated for use over PVC, fibreglass, and various synthetic composite boards. It is designed to enhance the adhesion of various Duram coatings, membranes, and other materials to challenging substrates, ensuring a strong and lasting bond.

Application Guide

1. Prepare surfaces by ensuring they are sound, stable, dry, clean, and free of contaminants.
2. Lightly sand or abrade the surface (optional but recommended).
3. Apply a single, continuous coat of DURAM Superprime 711 by brush, roller, or low-pressure spray.
4. Allow the primer to gel and set before applying the topcoat.
5. For best results, apply the topcoat soon after the primer has set but retains some minor residual tack.

Limitations

• Not suitable for use on particle board in wet areas (shower recesses).
• Particle board should be sealed with Duram Primeseal MC before priming.
• Always conduct tests before applying to ensure compatibility with specific substrates.
